Chinese Preliminary Feasibility Study completed by Changsha Non-Ferrous Mine Design Institute and approved by an expert panel
Project approved by the Gaoming County Government
Mining Area Permit approx. 0.79 kmē, defines mining limits of the Fuwan Silver Deposit, and restricts the use of this land to mining activities
The Soil and Water Conservation Plan was completed and approved
The Land Usage Permit approved by Gaoming Country, Foshan City and Guangdong provincial governments.

MSV engaged GNDI ("The Guangdong Nuclear Design Institute") to complete Chinese Regulatory EIA report. 

Upon completion, a technical panel appointed by the Department of Environmental Protection Administration of Guangdong Province reviewed and in principle approved the regulatory EIA report, with certain comments, which MSV addressed, submitting a revised report for review and approval in December of 2010.

June 2011

E.P.A. of China institutes new water regulations.  

MSV engages GSGEM ("The General Station for Geo-Environmental Monitoring") to  complete water monitoring study required to be completed by all applicants submitting an application for EIA approval

January 2012 GSGEM completes  required field work studies.
April 2012

MSV receives completed water regulation study report from GSGEM.

 Reports conclude MSV compliant with new National Water Guidelines.

Current MSV completes revision of the EIA report.
Pending MSV prepares to submit EIA to the Chinese EPA authority for approval  
Pending

Preliminary mine design near completion.

Completion will be upon receipt of approved EIA report (to include any requirements from approved report)
