MSV engaged GNDI ("The Guangdong Nuclear Design Institute") to complete Chinese Regulatory EIA report. Upon completion, a technical panel appointed by the Department of Environmental Protection Administration of Guangdong Province reviewed and in principle approved the regulatory EIA report, with certain comments, which MSV addressed, submitting a revised report for review and approval in December of 2010. |
