Dr. Ken Z. Cai
President, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Cai is the current President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Minco Silver Corporation. Dr. Cai holds a Ph.D. in mineral economics from
Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and has 24 years of
experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation, corporate financing
and company management. Dr. Cai has served as a director of several
publicly-traded and private Canadian and Chinese companies. He also serves
as the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Minco Gold
Corporation and a Director of Minco Base Metals Corporation.

Ms. Renee Lin
Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Lin has over 20 years of extensive experience in mining operations and the professional services industry, emphasizing accounting, financial management, internal controls, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Ms. Lin served the Company as Controller from 2015 until July 2022. Throughout her career, she held senior management positions and rendered her services to various publicly listed mining companies with global operations. Before starting her career in Canada, Ms. Lin ran her business successfully in the travel industry in China. Currently, Ms. Lin also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Minco Capital Corp.
Ms. Lin is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia.
